This very special class combines the best of two worlds and is a mixture of yoga and HIIT. HIIt stands for high intensity intervall training. Each lesson starts in the first third of the class with a yoga practice to warm up the body. This will be followed in the second third of the class by a HIIT training. The HIIT elements require maximum effort and will make you stronger and increase your stamina. In the last third you will work on your mobility and flexibility including the cool down, stretching and relaxation.
