At Vinyasa & Yin Yoga sessions, we start with Vinyasa Yoga and then switch at half time to Yin Yoga. The former contains active and heated Yang part whereas the latter contains relaxation, cooling down and releasing Yin part of our yoga practice. After a busy day, it is not easy to just switch off immediately. These sessions offer a nice combination of Yang and Yin. A great way of physical movement followed by relaxation leading to a conformable way to end the day.
